Home Grown Grapes!!

So we grow a ton of grapes in my back yard, I just though I would get some pictures before they are all gone soon.

the birds love the grapes in my backyard. :) We just let them eat them because we really usually have to many of them. 

Sometimes it gets a little tricky to find the grapes because they are buried beneath the leaves and vines. I had to do quite a bit of searching to get good pictures.

Anyway, so we have green grapes as well but they grow in the summer and I forgot to get pictures. They are gone now sadly, but I got the others. :)

Fruit and Candy

A lot of people might want me set on fire for this but fruit is superior to candy in almost every way. Does fruit rot your teeth? No. Does fruit make you unhealthy, No. Does it make you fat? No. Does the fruit candy taste as good as real fruit? No. 

I like chocolate candy, I'm not aiming this at chocolate just the fruit flavored candy. Its so fake and doesn't even compare to the real thing. Why have a Jolly rancher when you can have a glass of freshly squeezed lemonade or limeade. Why eat any fruity candy when the thing the flavor came from is better. Its not that hard to just got to the store and guy the fruit and make something out of it. 

I don't think fruit flavored candy makes any sense at all in the least. I don't get why it exists at all in the first place. Its bad for you and can cause dental problems and makes you feel all blah inside, the flavor tastes nothing like the real thing. 

I'm sure that we could make better candy than this if we are going to make fruit candy. Fruit is superior in every way though so I don't think they wil be able to do a candy that matches the actual fruit.
