Birthday Shopping!

So yesterday was busy.  It started out with me just on the computer but not long after I woke up my sister came downstairs asking me if I wanted to go shopping.

We walked to the local bus stop and caught the bus to the mall. We ate lunch first, I had Japanese food, the guy gave me a  pretty big serving but it was SO good. I love Japanese food. My sister had Italian food.

After that we went to visit the Disney store, where I fell in love with a sheriff woody doll that I have always wanted since I was 5. We also got a few presents for my niece’s birthday. Sadly I did not get to buy the sheriff woody doll it was $50, so worth it though. I would have bought it if I had had the money. the Disney store was pretty great, they had cute stuff like dresses and plates and clothes and stuff it was cute.

I saw this place in the mall when we were walking around that had these really cute stuffed animals. I have always had a weakness for cute stuffed animals.

We went to Gamestop to look for Gamecube games but they werent making them or stocking them anymore. We just decided to leave after that and go to the next store. We went into this electronics store of some kind I didn’t get the name. We found Luigi’s mansion for GC but did not buy it.

We then caught the next bus to UVU, and walked to wallmart and went shopping for art supplies for Natalie.  We were there for a while, it was fun.

After that we just beraly caught the next bus, we didn’t like the bus driver so we got off at the next stop though.

We caught another bus to the transit center where we were waiting for another bus but we decided to go into Deseret book and find a present for my mom for her birthday today. We missed the next but but found her a present. I was mostly looking at CTR rings though. My sister found the book.

we caught another bus and just went home after that. I wa so exhausted when I got home and my feet hurt a little. I slept for 3 hours after that.

I just spent the rest of the day watching movies and just hanging out after that.

Birthday Extention and Toy Story 3!

Okay, so I got a bit lazy yesterday and didn’t finish.

Anyway what happened on Monday…

I got up at about 6:30, I mostly just hung around listening to music and reading. I thought we were going to leave at 7:30am so I got up that early. I should have guessed we wouldn’t leave that early, we’re usually late to stuff like parades. I guess it’s a matter of priority.

I had cheese potatoes for breakfast (ha ha I know not the best thing). The potatoes were the ones we had at dinner the evening before for my birthday.

I just went back downstairs and listened to music until we left after that. I really love New Age, it’s pretty. I really enjoy listening to it whenever I can along with piano, meditation music, and ambient. I love that kind of music. Music with words is okay now and again but music with no lyrics can spark the imagination more.

Anyway So we got into the car, I had made the mistake of not eating enough before I got into the car. That and the fact that one of my nieces was in a really bad mood made my car sickness even worse. I only get car sick on an empty stomach. I was super relieved to get out of the car, just on the verge of losing my early morning breakfast that I had eaten.

We paused in a few places, watching the beginning of the parade. I never really planned on watching the parade to begin with I was just there for my family because they wanted to go.

We walked for quite a while looking for the place where my relatives sat, we almost gave up a few times, my sister stayed behind and got a ride with my dad once we found the spot where they were sitting. I just got my book out and read the whole time ignoring the parade completely. I just wanted to sit with my relatives.

Anyway, so after that we just went back home. I cached up on some anime, and then just took a nap. I didn’t get enough sleep the night before. I was up until 1am.

Anyway, so we went to a BBQ at my aunts house after that. We had hamburgers, hot dogs, and a lot of other stuff.  A lot of my cousins were there. After I ate I just sort of walked around for a bit and then just started reading my book again. I’m not a very sociable person as you should know by now. I have to admit al the people were a bit overwhelming for me. I am not very fond of big crowds, even if it is family.

We were celebrating 3 birthdays (one was mine the day before) and the other two were cousins. I didn’t get to stick around for the other two though because we had to get to our movie. We did get to eat some of my 2nd lemon cake though, it was fantastic.

Anyway so we left for the movie at about 4pm. We went to see Toy Story 3. I had been waiting for months to see it.

My dad bought me some sort of blue slushy it was good. we had popcorn and candy too.

the movie was really great. I enjoyed it a lot. It lived up to my expectations. I wouldn’t have expected anything else from Toy Story though.

After that I was thinking about going to a ward BBQ for family home evening but I changed my mind, deciding I needed to be alone now because I had been around enough people and wanted some peace now.

I just watched Harry Potter movies and read as far as I can remember. It was an enjoyable day for me.

FRIENDSHIP IS NOT A TOY!!

I've seen a lot of this crap in my lifetime where people use friendship as something they can just throw away. I can honestly say that there is nothing that can make me more pissed off than people using me as a toy.

I have been a victim of the classic "I'm only pretending to be her friend because shes different I'm only being nice I don't really like her." THIS to me is the cruelest thing anyone has done to me and now I don't trust anyone in real life to be my friend. I have been used and lied to and I've been treated like i'm stupid and like my feelings aren't relevant at all. There is hardly anything more unfair than PRETENDING to be some ones friend!

My eyes have been made fun of because I have an eye condition that makes it so they can't stop moving, I have missing teeth, I have a ton of problems that I have had to deal with almost on my own (with family of course) because people wouldn't suck it up and try to get to know me.

I say WHAT IS THE POINT! In the end unless if you're a jerk that doesn't care about anyone, does this get you. In the end you are going to feel guilty for what you did to that person and you are going to wish that you were a better friend to them. And to the people that believe in God what is the point if that person is going to be perfect in the next life What's the POINT?! People with disabilities and other problems that most people shun them away for are the ones that ACTUALLY need the love, the friendship the promise that they DO  matter because we do! we have brains and some of us might not be able to express ourselves very well or we might not understand some things or some people but that doesn't make us any less eligible for love and kindness.

I've been there I've been made fun of and I've been pushed around and mentally abused by people. Its the people that treat us like dirt that are destroying this world. We can do so much and no one acknowledges us at all!

So the next time you meet a disable person try to be more of a friend and try to be less judgmental because I would hate to see any more people become solitary because people lied to those people and pretended that they cared yo are going to destroy some ones life if you treat them badly. We only have one life to live and we should make those that are less fortunate happier because if we don't we are going to end up sad ourselves in the end.
