Happy Birthday Pokemon!

Today was the 20th anniversary of Pokemon, well the festivities have just started. I have been a fan for I think 18 years now! I still watch the anime, but I have yet to play the games. I am really familiar with all the pokemon up to the current generation however. I will just post a video today.

Three new games.

Today I just basically went to work and played games. I got 3 ne games on Steam today. I got Plantera, Apotheon, and the Orcs Must Die franchise pack. I haven't played any of them yet, but plan to in the future. For now I'm just doing more Portal 2 community maps.

I think I've posted this video before, but I'll just post it again. I find this relaxing when my mind is busy. 

Grilled Cheese perfection

Today I got grilled cheese, fries and apple beer for lunch at school. I drank the apple beer in my American History class. I really shouldn't drink soda, but I love having a cream soda or an apple beer every once in a while.

Anyway, here is a grilled cheese video. I don't grate my cheese like she does, but I thought this was interesting. I thought the examples of how not to do it were funny. I didn't even know that people did that! haha.

Unessicary Things

I'm going to try to not worry about writing when nothing happens. Basically I just went to school, to the store and just hung out at home. I will skip out on writing today.

Portal and Taffy

I went to Harmons tonight and got a couple of Big Hunk bars and some pastel milk chocolate eggs. I skipped out on FHE tonight because we were just going to play games and eat cookies. i chose to play portal and eat my candy instead tonight.

Dry Chicken / New Duck!

Tonight the family was out so i went to Dairy Queen and got a chicken strip basket. I also got a new duck for my collection! His name is Percy and he is adorable! The chicken basket I got at Dairy Queen wasn't all that great. It was good enough to eat, but the chicken was dry. I loved the texas toast, fries and the strawberry cheesecake blizzard I got. Mom, dad and everyone went to a concert. Here is a pcture of Percy and a family portrait.

Finally Repaired

Today I finally got to go to the dentist and get my fillings. One of my teeth on the left got a reinforcement post and a filling. It was a pretty pleasant experience, but I'm glad it is over. I do love going on the laughing gas, but hate having dental issues. I made sure to eat a good amount before my appointment. I had a salad with a milk and an apple n greens smoothie.

I just took a nap afterward and took it easy the rest of the day. I think this is going to be it for the day. I'm sure you understand. I am glad to be able to chew again.

Finally Got a Hair Cut

 Well, I finally got my haircut. I've needed it for a long time! I'm still trying to grow my hair out, but I have to admit I've almost given up a few times. My hair is growing fast and that makes me really happy. It's been about 4 months since I got it cut. My hairstylist Brenna is also having a baby in 3 eeks and she won't be in for a while. I picked the right time to go definitely. Anyway, here are more pictures.

The other thing I did today, was tonight I went to a stake family history fair. There was all kinds of stuff going on there. It was in the building next to the one I go to church in by the school. There was activities like building temples out of sugar cubes, toothpicks, dough and other stuff. There was a room where you were given a sheet and there were pictures of temples all around the room. You had to guess which temple was which. There was a room where you could look up your ancestors and do indexing. In the cultural hall / gym there was food (fruit, veggies, sandwiches, cookies and other random snack items). There was also a place where you could dress up and do one of those things where you stick your head out of somewhere and look like you were someone else. Only this one was a family tree and you became part of the tree. People brought a lot of props. At one point I tried doing a picture with a detectives coat, mustache, harry potter glasses, and a hat with wings. It was crazy and fun. There was all kinds of things. People got super creative.

Anyway, it was fun and I am glad I went.

Chocolate All Day

Today I managed to eat chocolate all day. For example I had a chocolate muffin for breakfast and I got chocolate for church. I love Valentine's day, it is always a fun day for me.

I will just post chocolate related stuff today.

Tim's Birthday

today was Tim's birthday. We had a fancy dinnner, and pie. Nothing terribly exciting happened. It was a calm and relaxed occasion.

I didn't get picture of the Oreo and chocolate pudding pies, but I got everything else!
